Sunday, September 18, 2005: Law, Liberty & the Geneva Conventions

As an aside, the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty, the journal I helped to start, recently hosted an excellent weblog symposium on Hamdan and the Geneva Convention, featuring Professors Glenn Reynolds, David Sloss, Derek Jinks, and Julian Ku (of Opinio Juris).  I think Ku's performance is especially impressive.  But then, I'm a great admirer of his...  Congratulations to Assistant Managing Editor Jake Kreutzer, who did a fantastic job putting the symposium together.  I wish I would have thought of that!
